If the goods are damaged or incorrect upon delivery, we will try to assist in resolving it. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing all relevant information and photographs of the item, and we will be able to arrange a return or an exchange. The amount will then be refunded either through the original channel or via bank transfer in the case of the return's acceptance.
We understand that sometimes plans change. If an order needs to be canceled, please contact us as soon as possible. For orders that have not yet shipped, cancellations can be completed free of charge. If the order is en route or already delivered, please proceed with the return procedure to file a claim.
